ABOUT CITY DOG WALKING
City Dog Walking was founded by Danielle Pontremoli in 2006. Dani is originally from Newbury, Massachusetts. She has spent the last 8 years working with animals. Whether it be dogs, cats, horses, goats, chickens or donkeys she has been involved one way or another!
The past five years has been dedicated to horses. Dani moved to Kentucky to work with world champion American Saddlebreds. During this time, Isabella, a 1 year old Boxer was adopted from The Central Kentucky Boxer Rescue. She also inherited two wonderful cats Cricket & Penelope. By the end of 2005 Dani made the decision to move back to Massachusetts to be closer to her family.
Once arriving in Newburyport, there was the question of what to do next? After thinking for a bit, the idea of working in a office from 9-5 was out of the question...it would be unnatural to not work with animals. The idea of City Dog came easy. Dani loves dogs more then anything, so why not work with them in a way that makes the dog happy and helps out their parents?
